The company is also a major supplier of TIR trailer and curtain-sider vehicle parts and fittings. Assembly tooling is also offered for a wide range of the products supplied, ranging from simple hand tooling to fully automatic machines. A large amount of products are stored in two warehouses, which together, with the supply contracts that have been established with worldwide manufacturers, allow dispatch of most products to the customers on the same day as the order is received. An integrated computer system is used at the principal location to control all aspects of the business so that sales staff have immediate access to customer orders, stock levels and supply ordering. All products supplied are sample inspected to ensure compliance with the specification and for some products British Standards Institution Test Certificates and/or Certificates of Conformance can be supplied on request. A Quality Management System is operated to ISO 9002. This has been certified and audited by Lloyd’s Register.
